How many treatments does the battery last for?
- The battery lasts for 3 x 15 min treatments.

The battery in my device lasts for less than 3 treatments - what can I do?
- The battery must be activated after purchase. Charge the ultrasound therapy device for 8 hours using the mains power supply. After use, charge it again for 8 hours – the battery should then reach full capacity.

After treatment, the symptoms worsened slightly. Why is that?
- Symptoms may worsen after the first treatment. This can happen and is due to the body's response to ultrasound therapy. The body's own repair systems have been stimulated, leading to an initial deterioration before improvement occurs. However, always consult a physician who can advise you on the correct use for your specific case.

1. What does the flashing LEDs on my ultrasound machine mean, and how can I check if it's working properly?
The flashing LEDs indicate the device's preheating phase, which has no effect on therapy. Once all LEDs stop flashing, the device is ready for use.
To check the function, please perform a drop water test:
- Place a drop of water on the transducer.
- Turn on the device and observe whether the drop begins to vibrate.

2. Can the device be used on the neck and face?
The Powersonic is primarily designed for medical applications. Applications on the face and neck are generally possible, but with restrictions and precautions:
- Face : The device can be used on the cheeks, but it should not be used near the eyes or mouth area to avoid direct ultrasound exposure to sensitive areas.
- Neck: Treatments can be performed, but not near the carotid arteries or glands. These areas must be avoided at all costs.
For aesthetic treatments such as microlifting, please use the lowest intensity setting and always ensure gentle application.
The included fascia manual doesn't describe aesthetic applications, but rather explains how to treat pain in specific areas, including the neck. However, caution is advised, especially when dealing with sensitive areas.

3. How do I clean the Powersonic device?
The ultrasound head should be cleaned and disinfected with a disinfectant solution before and after each use. The device itself can be cleaned of dust with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, a cloth moistened with water and alcohol can be used. The device must not be immersed in water.
