Payment and Shipping

The following terms and conditions apply:
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Estonia, France, Great Britain, Italy, Iceland, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Romania, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Cyprus.

Shipping Costs (Including Statutory VAT)

Domestic Deliveries (Germany):

Standard Shipping:
We charge a flat shipping rate of €5.90 per order.
For orders of €90.00 or more, we offer free delivery throughout Germany.

For bulky goods (freight shipping), shipping costs are calculated by weight and displayed in the shopping cart:

The following product groups are shipped via freight carrier:

1. Ball launchers (EuroGoal and Winshot)
2. Kineo training system
3. Vibration plates: Freight shipping costs for delivery within Germany for vibration plates are €50.00, EuroGoal ball launchers €140.00, and Winshot/Handgoal ball launchers from €140.00, depending on the model and delivery location.

Bulky goods are identified as such in the product description.

3. Vibration plates: Freight shipping costs for international delivery from €160.00, depending on the destination country and weight.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, goods are delivered within Germany within 2–5 days and international orders within 5–7 days of contract conclusion (in the case of agreed advance payment, after receipt of your payment).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods together in a single shipment unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time.

The minimum order value is €15.00.

We ship within 24 hours of receiving payment from Monday to Friday. No shipping takes place on Saturdays. Orders paid for on Friday after 3:00 p.m. will be shipped on Monday.

Further Payment Details

• Payment by invoice is only available to public authorities and businesses.
• When paying by invoice, the amount must be paid within 14 days.
• When paying by credit card (without using a payment service provider), your credit card account will be charged upon contract conclusion.
