The new EMS Vacuum 660 device can be combined with the existing MK2 Primo series. It offers a convenient way of applying electrodes for interference therapy. The shell electrodes with their foam inserts are secured by negative pressure. Both the vacuum and electrode connections are made via a cable.
This form of electrotherapy is particularly suitable for treating relatively flat, smooth areas of the body, such as the back. The vacuum shells can be quickly and easily applied here. Vacuum therapy is also especially suitable for relatively immobile patients, as the electrodes can be conveniently applied without having to secure them with elastic bands, etc.
With the Vacuum 660, the vacuum can be set to a pleasant, comfortable level via the front control unit. The connection to the Primo Multidyne 970 electrotherapy device is made via the socket on the front of the Vacuum 660 unit using the supplied connection cable. 2- or 4-pole electrode applications can be used. To further reduce the likelihood of bruising caused by the vacuum, 2 pulsed vacuum presets are available.
