The difference is evident in its appearance alone. The Diacare 7000 is significantly larger in dimensions and is now ideally suited as a stand-alone device in rehabilitation clinics or larger physiotherapy practices.
The two handpieces (resistive and capacitive) can be stored directly on the device in special holders. In addition, a large touchscreen display is available, through which all important data can be entered and images of treatments can also be displayed.
The frequency range has been expanded to perfectly cover all therapeutic requirements. This allows different tissue areas to be treated optimally. A body atlas can be displayed on the screen, through which the recommended applications can be selected depending on the body area.
For the applications, high-resolution images can also be displayed on the screen, showing the position of the patient/athlete and the area where the handpiece should be moved.
Multifrequency Therapy
The Diacare 7000 offers the user a total of 5 different frequencies (400-470-700-1000-1200kHz), which can be selected appropriately depending on the pathology. With the fixed programs, these are already automatically set correctly. This allows different tissue areas to be treated optimally.
Automatic Frequency Scanning
With the automatic frequency scanning program, energy can be delivered uniformly at different depths within a single application.
Automatic Application Mode
After setting the treatment parameters, the therapist has the option to let the application run automatically. For this, the freehand set is required, which is included in the delivery of the DiaCare 7000. The self-adhesive electrodes are attached to the treatment area, and the therapist has the option to supplement the TECAR therapy with manual techniques.
Athermal TECAR Applications
Tissue biostimulation without heat generation is useful for all pathologies that cannot be treated with high temperatures. Especially in professional sports, diathermy is also used for fresh sports injuries. Athermal applications are ideal here.
Pulsed Diathermy Applications
It is possible to use programs with pulsed emission intensity. This makes it possible to treat the tissue with high energy density on the one hand while maintaining good temperature control on the other.
