Combination of Fast Band and Fast Pad
Perfect accessory for all compatible muscle stimulators with 2mm plug, for abdominal/back training (Fast Band) and thigh training (Fast Pad)
The Globus Fast Band can be connected to all 2- and 4-channel muscle stimulators from Globus Italia. The abdominal and back belt is also compatible with all other muscle stimulators with a 2mm connector (not compatible with muscle stimulators with a push-button system). The Fast Band was specifically developed for training the abdominal and back regions. In the back area, it can be used to train the lumbar region or, with TENS programs, provide pain relief for back pain.
With the appropriate muscle-building programs of the respective muscle stimulator, you can build abdominal muscles, tone and shape the buttocks, and both strengthen and relax the back muscles. Depending on the application, the belt is attached to the abdomen, the lumbar region, or over the buttocks. There are no integrated programs; the electrode cables of the respective muscle stimulator are connected to the Fast Band, and the appropriate stimulation program is selected on the muscle stimulator depending on the application.
The great thing about this is that there's no longer any need to place separate electrodes; they're already integrated into the belt as permanent electrodes. This also eliminates the need to replace the electrodes, which can only be used for a limited time when using self-adhesive electrodes. Furthermore, the problem of placing individual electrodes on the back is eliminated when performing stimulation training without assistance. Simply put on the Fast Band, and the stimulation session can begin.
Depending on the program selection on the muscle stimulator, programs for shaping, firming, and strengthening can be used. When used on the abdomen, the Fast Band can support waist reduction and tightening of the abdominal muscles. There are also other possible applications for the waist, including lipolysis and drainage. These specific stimulation programs stimulate microcirculation and mobilize fat deposits.
The Fast Band is also helpful for conditions such as sciatica and lumbago. For these applications, the muscle stimulator's "TENS Pain Relief" and other TENS programs can be used.
The kit also includes the Fast Pad, or more precisely, two electrode pads that can be used for effective training, specifically for the thigh muscles. Depending on the muscle stimulator used, toning, firming, lipolysis, and drainage programs can be used.
Combined application abdomen/buttocks
Below is a graphic showing how to use the Fast Band and Fast Pads simultaneously. A 4-channel muscle stimulator is required for this. The image shows the cable attachment and the positions of the Fast Band and Pads. 
Depending on the EMS device, different stimulation programs are available. A special drainage program, serial sequence stimulation, is included as a program package in the Globus Activa 700 , for example. Programs such as muscle building, massage, etc. are also available.
Here's how to use it: Apply electrode gel to the integrated electrodes of the Fast Band and Fast Pad and place them as shown in the picture. Connect the electrodes as described.
