The Genesy 300 is a versatile electrostimulator for physiotherapists and trained home users seeking an electrotherapy device for pain management , rehabilitation , sports , and fitness . Thanks to its integrated battery , mobile use is possible without a power adapter; four channels allow flexible application to multiple areas.
The device includes 91 programs in the areas of EMS , TENS , microcurrent and iontophoresis .

Rehabilitation & pain programs
- Rehabilitation: including applications for quadriceps atrophy, cruciate ligament surgery follow-up, functional programs for lower extremities, shoulder subluxation prevention, vastus medialis strengthening.
- Pain treatment (TENS): including conventional analgesia, modulated applications, postoperative pain, chronic pain, knee pain, neck/shoulder pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, lumbar pain.
- Microcurrent: used for joint pain, muscular tension and local irritations, among other things.
- Iontophoresis: Support in the introduction of suitable substances via direct current (according to the manufacturer's instructions and taking into account the respective substance information).
- Fitness & Sport: Programs for muscle toning, strength building, regeneration, warm-up, endurance, and reactive training.
Side effects & contraindications
The use of EMS, TENS, and microcurrent devices can, in rare cases, cause skin irritation, redness, or discomfort. If unexpected reactions occur, discontinue use immediately.

- Acute thrombosis or blood clotting disorders
- Epilepsy or known seizure disorders
- Acute infections or feverish illnesses
- Pregnancy (in the abdominal and pelvic area)
- Fresh injuries or unhealed surgical wounds
- Malignant tumors in the treatment area
Instructions for safe use:
- Use only on intact, clean skin; do not apply over the heart, larynx, or carotid sinus area.
- Do not place electrons/applicators on metallic implants; always follow the manufacturer's instructions.
- Do not use while driving a vehicle or performing activities where there is a risk of accidents.
