Contactless infrared thermometer with medical device certification.
The I-Tech FI06 infrared thermometer is a medical device approved under the German Medical Devices Act (MPG). This handy infrared thermometer allows for quick, safe, and convenient body temperature measurements.
The thermometer is suitable for use in hospitals, physiotherapy practices and other medical facilities, but also for quick, reliable temperature measurement at home.
This contactless, non-invasive form of measurement, which requires no physical contact with the person, is preferable to traditional temperature measurement with conventional thermometers, especially during the coronavirus pandemic. Physiotherapists can also use the infrared thermometer to measure skin surface temperature, for example, during TECAR therapy .
The thermometer is equipped with a number of interesting features, such as an adjustable acoustic temperature alarm, a colored display (green, orange, red), 32 memory locations for the last measurement results, an automatic switch-off function and an object temperature mode for measuring surface temperatures < 100 degrees.
Notes on temperature measurement
1. The temperature in body mode is generated by dynamic compensation of the ambient temperature and the forehead surface temperature.
2. The object temperature mode can be used to measure the surface temperature of an object. The temperature measured on the forehead in this mode is only the temperature of the forehead surface, not the body temperature!
3. With the deviation setting, the measured value can be adjusted from -3.0°C to +3.0°C depending on the ambient temperature, test distance, skin difference, etc. The default value is 0.0°C.
