The world's most versatile training system, developed by Globus Italia.

The Multistation 7.0 is the flagship of the Kineo Sport product line, consisting of three different modules: leg extension, pulley, and squat. A leg curl platform is also available as an option. Maximum weight capacity for the squats: 440 kg.

The Kineo System offers a completely new perspective for both athletes and trainers. A completely new training experience. The Kineo System is an ergonomic, multifunctional training platform that allows for extremely precise and effective strength training.
Kineo training with eccentric load
Over 30 years of experience in developing sports and rehabilitation training equipment provided Globus Italia with the foundation to develop a unique, computer-controlled training machine. The Kineo - Intelligent Load System is unique in the field of functional regeneration and strength training for athletes.

It's a radical concept. The Kineo System allows trainers to take a completely new approach to their work, whether in the area of rehabilitation, the analysis of muscular deficits, or extremely effective, sports-oriented training.

The Kineo System enables intelligent, neuromotor training. A quantum leap forward, both for device-assisted rehabilitation and for improving athletic performance through a completely new form of strength training.

Kineo - welcome to the future - explore the new possibilities

a) Variable load
You have absolute control over the training weight. Not just a fixed weight, the weight load is completely variable throughout the movement. With the Kineo training system, it's possible for the first time to program a variable weight load (the force curve) based on the athlete's current strength curve at different working angles during the movement sequence.
Kineo training with variable load
The weight is lower at closed angles and can then increase progressively at more open angles.

b) Biphasic exercise
A completely new approach, completely different from conventional machine training. It differentiates the work between the concentric and eccentric phases of a movement.

With the Kineo training system, the weight load in the concentric and eccentric phases can be adjusted completely independently. The Kineo system is the only computer-controlled training system of its kind to date. The biphasic loading enables even more effective strength training, with maximum load in the eccentric phase of the movement.

c) Perfect for eccentric training
The Kineo System makes it possible to safely and effectively perform the eccentric phase of each repetition with supermaximal loading. This allows the performance of exercises for functional rehabilitation by utilizing progressive loading in the eccentric phase of the movement.

d) Fast and comprehensive evaluation options
The software integrated into the Kineo System enables rapid load assessment. Faster and better than ever before. With its user-friendly interface, the Kineo System enables the creation of a complete and highly precise functional assessment. Athletes' performance can be evaluated with regard to both rehabilitation and sport-specific requirements.

Brand new: The assessment of maximum eccentric strength performance is now possible with absolute certainty.

Isometric tests:
– Maximum strength test
– Isometric balance test

Kineo = training according to all known training methods

Kineo - isotonic, isometric, variable Isotonic method:
Isotonic loading is the typical load encountered during normal strength training with dumbbells and weight training machines. Muscles contract during movement, producing a constant tension (force), regardless of the speed at which the muscles contract or contract. The Kineo system also makes it possible to eliminate this inertia effect, resulting in muscle stimulation throughout the entire range of motion.

Isometric method:
In the isometric method, the muscles contract in a static environment. The affected joint of the trained muscle is in a fixed position: the contraction produces a force output, but there is no approach of the tendon heads and no movement occurs. The isometric training method is ideal for functional stress tests and general rehabilitation.

Viscosity method
The selected viscosity coefficient (K) influences the required muscle force, which increases with the square of the speed. The advantage of this method is safety, as the muscle can exert its full force from different angles without the risk of overload or injury.

Elastic method
Using the elastic method, the Kineo system can replicate the resistance of an elastic band or spring. The load is not constant, but rather proportional to the tension of the elastic band. With the Kineo Multistation, users can freely adjust the elastic weight loads between the eccentric and concentric phases of the exercise via the display to achieve the best possible results. This allows for true training optimization.

Variable weight load

The "Variable Load" mode, available with the Kineo System 7.0, is a true revolution in training and functional rehabilitation. Since muscles exhibit different strength curves for different exercises depending on the working angle, Globus Italia has integrated the "Variable Load" mode into the Kineo training system. This mode makes it possible to set a completely individual load curve for each exercise, allowing you to program a strength curve that precisely matches the actual strength curve for the different exercises.

This allows for an optimal training stimulus in every exercise position. The variable mode also allows for reduced load at small angles, minimizing the risk of injury that can occur due to excessive strain in traditional training methods. Below is a list of all training methods and various test procedures for versions 3.0, 5.0 (no longer available), and 7.0:
