The Kineo Pulley Squat combines the versatility of a free pulley cable with the stability of a squat platform. Two workstations for a variety of full-body exercises. Functional athletic training, neuromuscular control, and strength and power training.

With the Kineo Pulley&Squat, therapists or qualified trainers have an innovative training system at their disposal that consists of two different platforms: Kineo Pulley and Kineo Squat.


Eccentric squats with maximum weight

The Kineo Squat platform allows athletes to effectively train their leg, glute, and lower back muscles. When used in conjunction with a bar or individual handles, exercises such as bicep curls, upright rows, bent-over rows, and more are also possible. In addition, there are classic squats and exercises such as lunges.

What makes training with the Kineo system so unique is the ability to completely individually select the weight load in the eccentric and concentric phases.

A variable weight load can be programmed on the large touchscreen, based on the athlete's/patient's current strength curve. This allows for completely different weights at different working angles of the movement. For example, the weight can be set lower at closed angles and more progressively at more open angles.

This innovative training system allows you to train with maximum load without the risk of injury due to overload.

The Kineo Pulley Platform can be used to perform a wide range of different exercises, both for the torso and for the upper and lower extremities.
