Magnetic field therapy device for home use in dogs and cats
The MagnetoVet 200 is a magnetic field therapy device for magnetic field treatment of small animals. The device is intended for both private and commercial use in small practices, unlike the MagnetoVet 4000 , which was designed for veterinarians, animal health practitioners, and animal physiotherapists. The maximum field strength is identical, but only two channels are available. Instead of the two flexible applicators, this model comes with a magnetic field mat on which the animal can lie during treatment.
Magnetic field therapy for animals is a device-based form of physiotherapy whose effectiveness is based on the use of specific magnetic fields and their effects on the animal organism. Low-frequency, low-intensity, pulsed magnetic fields are used for this form of magnetic field treatment. Magnetic fields also occur naturally and play an important role in regulating vital biological functions, as they influence the permeability of cell membranes and affect the arrangement and alignment of molecules.
Pulsed magnetic fields like those generated by the MagnetoVet 200 have biological effects, including the electromagnetic effect, which consists in the induction of electric current in the organism, and the mechanical-magnetic effect, which causes the transfer of magnetic substances. In addition, they influence the orientation of paramagnetic substances and their alignment along vectorial lines.
Effects of magnetic field therapy in veterinary medicine
Magnetic field applications with pulsed, low-frequency magnetic fields have anti-inflammatory, analgesic, and biostimulating effects. Magnetic field therapy is typically used in animal physiotherapy in the orthopedic field for the treatment of unconsolidated fractures, pseudoarthrosis, and for the non-invasive treatment of musculoskeletal pathologies.
The application of pulsating magnetic fields using special magnetic field coils, such as those contained in the MagnetoVet 200 applicators, has positive effects on inflammation and pain. In addition, there are reparative and regenerative effects on bones, muscles, and skin tissue. In veterinary medicine, magnetic field therapy is therefore used in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, and orthopedics.
Magnetic field therapy has the unique ability to penetrate fur, skin, and bones. With magnetic field treatment, it is possible to penetrate the entire body of a dog or cat, working deep into the joints and muscles and stimulating blood circulation.
A 30- to 60-minute treatment generally causes no pain and the animal can often relax during a magnetic field treatment.
The first results are generally visible as early as two weeks after treatment. There is often an immediate difference in the animal's ability to stand up, walk, or run.

General information on magnetic field therapy: Magnetic field therapy is not yet recognized by conventional medicine because, among other things, the underlying mechanisms of action and treatment success cannot be conclusively proven. Therefore, statements on our website regarding possible indications and effects are based on the experiences of users, as well as veterinary professionals who work with magnetic field devices.
The descriptions on our website are not intended to create the impression that the use of the magnetic field devices we sell can guarantee an improvement in symptoms. In any case, if your pet experiences any discomfort or injuries, you should consult a veterinarian and discuss possible therapies and treatment options with them.
