Migraine can significantly affect your quality of life. The TensCare Mynd is a migraine TENS device specially developed to help relieve and prevent migraine symptoms—without medication, applied to the forehead using electrodes.

With clinically tested TENS technology (transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation) and two selectable programs—for acute use and regular prevention—you can tailor the treatment to your needs. Thanks to its compact size and included travel case, Mynd is also suitable for use on the go.

2 Modes of Use

• Acute use - Duration: 60 minutes. At the first signs or during a migraine episode.
• Regular use - Duration: 20 minutes daily. For prevention, regardless of acute symptoms.

Reusable Electrodes

Mynd comes with 3 gel electrodes that can be reused several times before they need to be replaced. Matching replacement electrodes can be ordered here.

Contraindications

• Do not use if you have a pacemaker, implanted defibrillator or other electronic/magnetic implants.
• Do not use for undiagnosed brain or facial injuries.
• Use only on the forehead. Do not use on the chest or neck.
• Do not use if you have active or suspected cancer in the treatment area, or unexplained pain with a history of cancer.

Warnings

• Do not use on children who cannot understand the instructions or on people with cognitive impairments (e.g. dementia).
• Do not use while driving or operating heavy machinery.
• If you experience any adverse reactions, stop use immediately and seek medical advice.
• Do not use on damaged skin to avoid infection.
• Keep the device away from sources of electromagnetic interference.

Precautions

• If you have a blood clotting disorder, use only after consulting your doctor.
• If you have epilepsy or suspect you may have epilepsy, use only after consulting a doctor.
• Do not immerse in water or expose to excessive heat or moisture.
• Use only with the intended accessories.
• A mild tingling sensation on the skin can be reduced by lowering the intensity.
• If the device is damaged, stop using it and return it to an authorized service center. Do not attempt repairs yourself.
