Nurosym - Support for Atrial Fibrillation, Inflammation, Anxiety, Depression, Stress, and Fatigue

Nurosym is a clinically validated, certified, and patented medical device developed for neuromodulation. Nurosym utilizes the proven TEVNS (Transcutaneous Electrical Vagus Nerve Stimulation) technology to modulate the nervous system and restore neural network functions. By selectively stimulating the vagus nerve, specially designed signals are sent to the brain to alter the physical and mental state and restore health.

This innovative technology offers potential benefits for people suffering from atrial fibrillation, anxiety, depression, stress, and fatigue. Further research is also being conducted to evaluate the diverse applications of Nurosym.

Nurosym is a clinically validated and certified medical device that can be conveniently used from home. It provides a non-invasive and pharmaceutical-free alternative to improve patients' quality of life.

Order Nurosym today and experience the benefits of neuromodulation for your health.

How does it work?

Nurosym works by stimulating the vagus nerve, modulating the nervous system, and restoring imbalanced functions.

The vagus nerve, also known as the tenth cranial nerve or Nervus vagus, is an essential component of the peripheral nervous system. It belongs to the parasympathetic nervous system responsible for regulating rest, relaxation, and regeneration. The vagus nerve is the longest nerve in the body, extending from the brain to the organs in the abdominal cavity.

The main function of the vagus nerve is to establish a connection between the brain and various organs in the body, including the heart, lungs, gastrointestinal tract, and internal organs. The vagus nerve plays a crucial role in regulating heart rate, breathing, digestion, and metabolism.

What is the function of the vagus nerve in the body?

As part of the parasympathetic nervous system, the vagus nerve acts as a counterbalance to the sympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for activating the body and preparing it for physical or emotional stress. The vagus nerve has a calming effect on the body, promoting relaxation, recovery, and maintaining balance in the autonomic nervous system.

Additionally, the vagus nerve plays a significant role in regulating the immune system, inflammatory responses, and mood. Stimulation of the vagus nerve can achieve certain therapeutic effects, including reducing inflammation, improving mood, and promoting overall well-being.

Regarding Transcutaneous Electrical Vagus Nerve Stimulation (tVNS), the vagus nerve is stimulated through electrical impulses transmitted through the skin to the tragus, the anterior part of the outer ear. This stimulation can modulate the function of the vagus nerve and have various positive effects on the body, such as regulating heart rhythm, reducing inflammation, and improving overall health.

What is neuromodulation?

Neuromodulation utilizes specially designed signals sent to the brain via the vagus nerve, thereby altering the physical and mental state and restoring health.

Is it suitable for me?

Nurosym may help some people experiencing health issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, and fatigue. Research is also ongoing to assess additional benefits of Nurosym. Other potential areas of application include chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, long COVID, and rheumatoid arthritis.

How to use Nurosym?

We recommend using it for 1 hour daily.

What studies exist on Nurosym and transcutaneous electrical vagus nerve stimulation?

Based on groundbreaking research findings and scientific knowledge, Nurosym is an innovative option for people with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and other related conditions. The clinical study "Transcutaneous Electrical Vagus Nerve Stimulation for Suppressing Atrial Fibrillation (TREAT-AF)" confirms the effectiveness of transcutaneous electrical vagus nerve stimulation (TEVNS) in suppressing atrial fibrillation and reducing inflammatory cytokines. Another study demonstrated improvements in individuals with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and rheumatoid arthritis.

Important Safety Information:
Nurosym may not be suitable for everyone. Before placing an order, please ensure that you have read information regarding intended use, warnings, precautions, and contraindications.

Nurosym is not intended for the following individuals:

  • Patients with an active implantable medical device such as a pacemaker, hearing aid implant, or implanted metallic or electronic device.
  • Patients with a history of heart disease or atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease, including heart failure, known severe coronary artery disease, or recent heart attack (myocardial infarction; within 5 years).
  • Patients diagnosed with bradycardia (heart rate below 50 beats per minute).
  • Patients who have undergone surgery to sever the vagus nerve in the neck (cervical vagotomy).
  • Patients diagnosed with arterial narrowing (carotid atherosclerosis).
  • Patients whose pain syndromes are undiagnosed.
  • Pediatric patients (under 18 years of age).
  • Pregnant women.

Before using Nurosym

Read the user manual before using Nurosym. However, it is possible that the manual may not fully explain the safe and effective use of Nurosym in your specific situation. Consult your doctor or contact Nurosym customer service if you have any questions about using Nurosym or need further clarification.

Use Nurosym only as directed or as otherwise instructed by your doctor.

Remove jewelry that may interfere with electrode placement (e.g., earrings) before using Nurosym.

Do not use Nurosym if the skin around the tragus is broken, cracked, or numb.

Potential risks associated with using Nurosym

Nurosym is considered to have a low risk when used according to the user manual.

Adverse effects are usually rare, mild, and subside shortly after treatment completion. The most common side effect is a low frequency of skin irritation (tingling/pain/redness/itching) at the electrode placement site during long-term use. No serious adverse events have been reported. If you experience any side effects from Nurosym, discontinue the treatment immediately. If in doubt, consult your doctor or healthcare professional.

Nurosym has been designed with specific safety features that significantly reduce the risk of application. If Nurosym is continuously used at a high intensity (beyond the point where it becomes uncomfortable or painful), there is a risk of burning the skin at the stimulation site. Due to the safety features of Nurosym and the uncomfortable sensation at excessive intensity, this is considered a low-risk scenario.

Other rare risks associated with this type of technology may include dizziness, fatigue, shortness of breath, headaches, and irregular heart rhythm. If you notice any adverse effects after using Nurosym, discontinue the application and seek support.
