Electrostimulation device for sports, TENS and beauty
The T-One Coach is a 4-channel electrical stimulation device that can be used for muscle strengthening and injury prevention in amateur athletes. With a total of 48 programs, the T-One Coach covers all the needs that athletes and non-athletes have for an EMS device.

In addition to programs for improving muscle tone and strength, there are also programs for pain reduction and supporting the treatment of injuries and trauma. The T-One Coach electrical stimulation device also features the 2+2 feature, which allows two different stimulation programs to be used simultaneously.
The programs are divided into four major groups: TENS, NEMS (Sport), Beauty, and 2+2. For recreational athletes, all important sports programs are included to optimally support regular training.

Below is a short list and explanation of the NEMS programs:
NEMS 1 • Warm-up
Athletes can use this program before a training session or competition. It's especially recommended for sports that require maximum power development right from the start. Program duration: 28 minutes.
Stimulation intensity: moderate; the muscle should work without being subjected to excessive strain.
NEMS 2 • Endurance
The endurance program can improve muscle endurance, especially in the slow-twitch muscle fibers. It's a program specifically designed for endurance sports: cycling, triathlon, marathon running, cross-country skiing, etc. The program lasts 50 minutes.
Stimulation intensity during contraction: Untrained athletes should start with a low intensity and then gradually increase it. Trained athletes can choose a current intensity that produces clearly visible muscle contractions.
If muscle soreness occurs the next day, Program 8 "Muscle Recovery" can be used. Total program duration: 50 minutes
NEMS 3 • Resilience
With the T-One Coach electrostimulation device, athletes can improve their endurance to stress. This allows them to endure high levels of stress over longer periods. This program is suitable for sports that require intense and prolonged exertion.
Stimulation intensity during contraction: Start with a low intensity and then gradually increase. Trained athletes can use an intensity that produces strong muscle contractions. Program duration: 30 minutes.
NEMS 4 • Basic Strength
The Basic Strength Program is used by athletes to build a foundation of strength. During the work phase of the electrostimulation device, contractions alternate with periods of active recovery, allowing the muscle to be trained without exerting it. At the same time, oxygen supply to the muscle is improved.
The program lasts 30 minutes. If you want to see initial results quickly, you should schedule two sessions per week (per muscle group) for the first three weeks at a moderate/low intensity. Then, three sessions per week for the next three weeks at a high intensity.
The intensity should be increased gradually, one stimulation session at a time. Avoid overexerting the muscles. If fatigue occurs, pause training for a few days and use the "N8 Muscle Recovery" program for faster recovery. Total program duration: 30 minutes
NEMS 5 • Explosive strength
The explosive strength program can be used to improve the increase in speed in athletes who already possess this quality, for example sprinters or boxers.
Duration: 26 minutes. The stimulation session is characterized by short contraction and recovery phases. It's recommended to start a speed strength cycle with three weeks of basic strength training at increasing intensity. This can be followed by three weeks of speed strength training, each consisting of three sessions of high-intensity stimulation. During the contraction, you should push yourself almost to your limit.
Total duration of the program: 26 minutes
NEMS 6 • Explosive power
The Explosive Strength program increases explosive capacity with extremely short contractions and a long, active recovery. This gives the muscle the opportunity to restore strength before the next contraction. It's also advisable to have previously completed a basic strength program with increasing intensity.
Afterwards, a 3-week program with 2 training sessions per week can be carried out using the T-One Coach electrostimulation device.
Duration: 28 minutes. The intensity during the contraction should be just below the pain threshold so that the muscles can exert themselves to their maximum potential. At the same time, the greatest possible number of muscle fibers should be engaged. Total duration of the program: 28 minutes.
NEMS 7 • Deep capillarization
The capillarization program ensures a significant increase in blood flow in the trained area. Capillarization also refers to the further development of the network of intramuscular capillaries in the muscle fibers. This ensures that the fast-twitch muscle fibers can better withstand prolonged exercise.
With the electrostimulation device, the capillarization program can be used for recovery after intense aerobic exercise or before anaerobic exercise. Program duration: 30 minutes. Recommended stimulation intensity: moderate.
NEMS 8 • Muscle recovery
After competitions or tough training sessions, rapid muscle recovery plays a crucial role. The T-One Coach electrical stimulation device can be used immediately after training or competition to facilitate rapid muscle recovery. It promotes dehydration and fatigue reduction, oxygenation of the muscles, and the breakdown of lactic acid/lactate.
Program duration: 30 minutes. Stimulation intensity: medium-low, with a slight increase in the last 5/10 minutes.
