The self-adhesive electrodes are the right choice for cost-conscious users of TENS/EMS devices measuring 50x100mm with two cables per electrode. These are standard electrodes with the 2mm connectors used by many manufacturers. Compared to the Axelgaard Platinum electrodes, their conductivity is not quite as high. However, this is not immediately noticeable in most applications.

For longer service life, the electrodes should be reattached to the foil after each use and stored in the plastic bag.
