iTouch Sure Pelvic Floor Exerciser
The iTouch Sure from TensCare is a small, lightweight EMS device for pelvic floor stimulation. Designed for home use, it combines ease of use with four preset programs to help with stress, urge, and mixed incontinence. Thanks to automatic timers and safety features, it's ideal for regular use.
Mode of action
- If the pelvic floor muscles are weak, the iTouch Sure can help activate the muscles through gentle electrical impulses.
- A vaginal or optionally an anal probe provides targeted stimulation without active tension.

Contraindications
- Do not use if you have a pacemaker or cardiac arrhythmia
- Caution during pregnancy – it is not known whether electrotherapy affects fetuses
- Wait at least 6 weeks after vaginal birth or pelvic floor surgery
- Do not use in case of active infections or poor sensitivity in the intimate area
