iTouch Sure Pelvic Floor Exerciser

The iTouch Sure by TensCare is a small, lightweight EMS device for pelvic floor stimulation. It was developed for home use and combines ease of use with four preset programs to help manage stress, urge and mixed incontinence. Thanks to its automatic timers and safety features, it is ideal for regular use.

How it works

• If the pelvic floor muscles are weak, the iTouch Sure can help activate them using gentle electrical impulses.
• A vaginal probe or optional anal probe provides targeted stimulation without active muscle contraction.
• Many users report feeling better supported in bladder control and experiencing improved body awareness.

Contraindications

• Do not use if you have a pacemaker or cardiac arrhythmia
• Use caution during pregnancy – it is not known whether electrotherapy affects fetuses
• Wait at least 6 weeks after a vaginal birth or pelvic floor surgery
• Do not use if you have an active infection or reduced sensitivity in the intimate area
