The vaginal electrodes are an accessory for selected I-Tech, Globus, and TENSCARE EMS devices that feature an incontinence program. This stimulation program allows women's pelvic floor muscles to be trained using electrical muscle stimulation. The vaginal electrodes are also compatible with EMS devices from other manufacturers with 2mm connectors and an integrated incontinence program.
Many millions of people in Europe suffer from bladder weakness. Due to the strain on the pelvic floor during pregnancy, incontinence is common in women.
With the help of vaginal electrodes, one of the EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) devices from I-Tech, Globus Italia, or TENSCare, and an incontinence program such as the Globus Genesy SII muscle stimulator, women can benefit from EMS applications. The electrodes are shaped according to the female morphology to ensure an optimal fit, regardless of the position.
The vaginal electrodes consist of two metal electrode parts coated with food-grade plastic. The special design allows for easy and comfortable insertion of the electrode into the vagina.
EMS should not be used for bladder weakness in cases of vaginal infections and bleeding, during and up to 2 months after pregnancy, or when using a pacemaker.
The electrodes are available in white or pink.
