A set of 8 elastic, conductive bands in 3 different sizes is included (2 bands 5x65 cm + 2 bands 5x50 cm for the thighs — 4 bands 5x40 cm for the calves).
The bands are placed around the upper and lower part of the thigh and similarly on the calves. Then, the desired program is selected on the muscle stimulator. The most sensible programs for the bands are:
- Lymphatic drainage
- Lipolysis
- Capillarization (stimulation of capillary growth)
- Massage
With 4-channel muscle stimulators, one channel is used per leg and per muscle group, meaning all 4 channels are utilized. Suitable for all Globus muscle stimulators and muscle stimulators from other manufacturers with a 2mm plug.
The image shows the attachment of the bands and the electrode cables. The special drainage program for serial sequential stimulation is integrated, for example, in the Globus Activa 700. Here is the application description: Briefly soak the conductive bands in water so that they are moistened. Then, place the bands around the calves and thighs as shown in the picture. Attach the electrode cables as described. Channel 1 = calf, channel 2 = calf, channel 3 = thigh, channel 4 = thigh. Then select and start the desired serial sequence drainage program on the EMS device (e.g., the Slimfit).
The desired contraction time and the active pause time can then be adjusted on the device. The serial sequence drainage feels like a real massage.
