3S serial sequence stimulation
Six parameter combinations are available for the upper limbs, lower limbs, and the body. The 3S programs are characterized by a time-delayed activation of channels 3 and 4 compared to channels 1 and 2. This serial sequence stimulation stimulates the muscles along a kinetic chain.

Recommended accessories
The Globus Fast Body Kit can be used in conjunction with the Globus Elite 150. With the "Hypertrophy" program, the Fast Band, part of the Fast Body Kit, can be used as a standalone abdominal and back belt for muscle building. The same applies to the various TENS and massage applications.
Since the Fast Band and Fast Pad are equipped with permanent electrodes, no consumables such as self-adhesive electrodes are required.
The Fast Band or Pad is simply connected to the electrode cables of the Elite 150. The desired program is then selected on the display. The electrode pads included in the Fast Body Kit can be used for effective thigh beauty training.
