The I-Tech Motor Point Pen is an essential tool for an effective EMS session, as it enables correct electrode positioning. It allows you to locate the muscle's motor point before the session and thus achieve optimal stimulation.
Using the Motor Point Pen is simple: Connect the positive cable of a channel to the small socket on the pen and attach a 50x90mm electrode to the muscle base. This electrode is connected to the negative cable. Then select the desired program on your muscle stimulator and generously apply gel to the area on the muscle where the electrode will be applied.
Now you can slowly increase the current and move the Motor Point Pen over the desired area of skin, applying light pressure and maintaining contact with the skin. The electrode is then applied centrally to the area with the strongest reaction. The approximate positions for the electrode placement can be found in the description.
