CardioVibe Affiliate Program Guidelines
Thank you for your interest in participating in the CardioVibe Affiliate Program. To ensure that your application and marketing activities comply with legal requirements in Germany, please observe the following guidelines, which specifically address the German Medicines Advertising Act (HWG):
1. No misleading advertising: Be careful not to make misleading statements about CardioVibe products. Your advertising should always be accurate and truthful.
2. No healing claims: According to the German Medical Devices Act (HWG), it is not permitted to make specific healing claims for medical devices. Therefore, avoid any claims that CardioVibe products can cure, alleviate, or prevent diseases.
3. Scientific evidence: If you use scientific studies or research results in your advertising, ensure they are reliable and credible. Avoid using unverified or dubious information.
4. Target Audience Restrictions: CardioVibe should not be advertised to minors. Ensure your marketing activities are targeted at an adult audience.
5. Product labeling: When talking about specific products or their features, be sure to clearly identify the product name and its specific features.
6. Affiliate link identification: When you use your affiliate link in your posts or articles, clearly state that it is an affiliate link and that you may receive a commission on sales.
7. Compliance with data protection regulations: If you collect or process personal data as part of your advertising activities, ensure that you comply with applicable data protection regulations. Inform users about the data processing and, where appropriate, obtain their consent.

We reserve the right to review affiliate accounts and terminate the affiliate program in case of violations of the guidelines.
