The Elise 2 by TensCare is a modern, rechargeable EMS device for activating the pelvic floor muscles. Specially designed for home use, it offers four preset programs to support stress, urge and mixed incontinence, as well as promote general body awareness.

Contraindications

• Do not use if you are pregnant or might be pregnant.
• Do not use if you have a pacemaker or cardiac arrhythmia.
• Ideally, wait at least six weeks after a vaginal birth or pelvic floor surgery before first use.
• Do not use in the event of acute infections, reduced sensitivity in the intimate area or open wounds.
