The Globus Physiolaser 1000 can be used to regenerate inflamed tissue structures, promote cell regeneration, and support microcirculation. Laser therapy with the Physiolaser 1000 is particularly effective in all situations where muscle or joint tissue is inflamed.
Inflammation is often caused by reduced microcirculation. This reduced circulation reduces the amount of blood reaching the cells, which can lead to ischemic damage. Laser therapy with the Physiolaser 1000 can shorten the duration of ischemia, which in turn can have a positive impact on the healing process and relative pain.
The Physiolaser 1000 can positively influence healing time and pain reduction, both as a standalone therapy and in conjunction with other therapeutic options. The Physiolaser offers a total of 30 programs, including 23 Health & Rehab and 7 Beauty & Fitness programs. Despite its compact size and the resulting high degree of flexibility in use, the Physiolaser 1000 boasts a high laser output of 1000 mW.
All settings can be viewed on the large, backlit display. The device also offers features such as multi-user mode, which allows for the creation of up to 30 different users. This feature is particularly interesting for professional users who plan to treat a large number of patients with the device. Furthermore, the last ten programs are saved and can be easily accessed via the menu. The menu language can also be set to German.
Another feature is the " Laser Spot Diameter " function. In this settings menu, you can adjust the diameter of the laser beam generated by the handpiece. The Physiolaser 1000 manual provides recommended values at the end of the instructions, depending on the programs used.
Skin Type Selection Feature: After selecting a program, you will be prompted to select the patient's skin type. There are two skin types: Light (A) and Dark (B). When selecting skin type B, the radiation intensity is automatically reduced by 20%, while the treatment time is increased by 20%.
Programming Feature: With the Physiolaser 1000, experienced users can create up to 15 custom programs. To do so, select "Programming" in the main menu. The program can then be created in one of the available memory locations. This begins by entering the desired program name.
The desired operating mode can then be selected: Continuous (duty cycle 100%) or Pulsed (duty cycle 50%). Once the desired operating mode has been selected, the custom program can be executed in scanning or multi-spot mode.
