Laser therapy - Handheld LLLT laser with 500 mW and app control
The ENERGY-LASER™ L500 PRO therapy laser is a high-quality, innovative low-level laser therapy (LLLT) laser with app control via Bluetooth (Android only). Its wavelength is in the infrared range at 808nm, and the L500 PRO therapy laser has a maximum output of 500mW and is classified as laser class 3B.
It's a powerful, ultra-mobile, and versatile therapy laser for professional users. Thanks to its Li-ion battery, it allows physiotherapists, alternative practitioners, and orthopedists to perform laser treatments even without a power connection.
The ENERGY-LASER™ L500 PRO is therefore also ideal for use in sports physiotherapy , as its size and the included aluminum case mean it can be easily taken to competitions, training camps, etc. and is ready for use at any time.
The integrated LED guide light allows the therapist to see exactly which area is being treated, as the laser operates in the invisible range at an 808nm wavelength. The ENERGY-LASER™ L500 PRO therapy laser can be used for pain and injuries in muscles , tendons , and joints and is also suitable for dental and veterinary laser treatments .
Thanks to its special laser optics, the laser is suitable for reflexology, acupuncture, and trigger point treatments . Using the EnergyLaser app, the laser can be conveniently controlled via Bluetooth to adjust the power and treatment duration. The treatment depth is approximately 3-4 cm.
What are the advantages of LLLT with the ENERGY LASER L500 PRO?
Operation is simple and intuitive; there are no switches or buttons on the laser, and no display. The LLLT laser is turned on and off simply by turning the battery clockwise or counterclockwise. This not only simplifies operation but also makes cleaning easier. (Image: Laser treatment for knee pain )
With 500mW and a wavelength of 808nm , the laser is powerful enough to be used effectively even in deeper pathologies. Thanks to its focused optics, the ENERGY-LASER™ L500 PRO is also ideal for acupuncture and trigger point therapy .
Low-level laser treatment of joints and muscles
The ENERGY LASER™ L500 PRO can be used by physiotherapists, osteopaths, and orthopedists as a complement to other forms of therapy for a wide variety of musculoskeletal conditions . Laser therapy is also frequently used for slow-healing wounds .
Laser optics for dentists as accessories
The ENERGY LASER™ L500 PRO can also be used by dentists with the special laser optics available as an accessory . The LLLT laser can be used to support wound healing after dental surgery. In Denmark, many dentists are already successfully using the L500 PRO laser therapy device after dental treatments.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
Can periodontitis and gingivitis be treated with the L500 Pro?
- While the laser has no effect on the bacteria, laser treatment can inhibit inflammation and thus promote healing. Dental optics can be used to facilitate treatment.
-
What dosages should be used for extraoral and intraoral irradiation?
-
For extraoral irradiation, we recommend using the standard lens externally. The same applies when using the oral optic for intraoral irradiation, if possible.
-
-
Which lens should be used externally, and is the dental attachment suitable for this?
-
It is recommended to use the supplied normal optics from the outside and the dental attachment in places that are easily accessible.
-
-
What distances from the fabric should be maintained?
-
Laser treatment should be performed as close to the problem area as possible to minimize reflection losses. Ideally, the laser should be held in direct contact with the skin.
-
-
How much is the performance reduced at different distances?
-
The laser's power decreases by 50% at a distance of 1 cm, by 75% at 2 cm, and so on. It is advisable to position the laser as close as possible to the treatment area for optimal results.
-
-
What is the penetration depth of the laser light?
- The laser radiation is scattered and absorbed as it enters the tissue, thus weakening at greater distances from the surface. Penetration depth can be up to 6 cm, and the treatment depth is 3-4 cm.
